The Costume Department work year-round to prepare the beautiful, intricate and specialist costumes ready for our performers to wear. Their roles expand significantly, however, when working with designers, choreographers and directors to create costumes for new productions.

The team are involved from the very start of the creative process right through to the show having its final performance here in Covent Garden. Their skills and insights are essential in realising a designer’s vision for the characters being brought to life.
