Costume is an essential element in bringing the magic of live ballet and opera to you, our audience, each night on our stages. It is a key piece of the whole live experience here in Covent Garden and no performance would be the same without it.

We are so fortunate to be able to rely on the artistry and skills of all our staff across the costume departments to create what you see. We can only do so because of the investment we make in materials and design, and more importantly, the people behind the costumes, year on year.
