RBO Schools, our award-winning national schools programme empowers teachers to inspire creativity in school children up and down the country. It covers each area of creativity at the Royal Ballet and Opera, giving tens of thousands of children the chance to discover, question and respond to the power of opera and ballet, as well as the stagecraft that sits behind.

Through RBO Schools, resources and training sessions are made available free of charge for state schools, sparking creativity across the UK. This includes teacher training, bespoke resources, live lessons as well as an annual mass-participation event, Create Day, where children from all over the UK come together in a day full of fun and imagination. This year, more than 26,000 children will join Create Day online from their classroom all over the country.
